Levi and Robyn Lenz minister among the North Wahgi people of Papua New Guinea. Levi, along with co-worker Daniel Hulley, is privileged to work on translating the New Testament into the Senglap dialect for the North Wahgi people of Papua New Guinea. The New Testament is 100% drafted, and … they have started what will hopefully be the final consultant check. They are currently checking the Gospel of John, the last remaining book to be checked by their translation consultants. Some verses of John’s Gospel (which accompany the Bible lessons) were previously checked. Over the next few days, they will be checking the remainder of the book — approximately 800 verses. Two men travelled out of the village to help in the checking process. One of them [had] a toothache, a reality of life in Papua New Guinea. Please pray for relief for him and that he would be able to concentrate on hearing the Scriptures read and re-telling what he has heard.
