At the beginning of the month (July), Robert and Rosemarie Baghurst were finally able to move back into their house after it was damaged by fire in October of last year. While most of their home is brand new, Robert was delighted to have his hand made furniture returned and looking pretty good. He is currently working on the welsh dresser to make it serviceable again. They still have much to unpack and to make an inventory.

Please pray for the preparations at the Missionary Training Centre in Camdenton, USA, as they get ready to receive forty-seven new students and thirty-nine returning ones (excluding the linguistics class); classes recommence on Monday August 12^th.

Pray for Rosemarie’s orientation classes, her new student worker, all her preparations and Robert’s continued safety out and about on the roads plus his witness and testimony in the community besides physical health for maintenance work.

Above all, please pray that Robert and Rosemarie will manifest Christ in their lives and exemplify Him in all they think, say or do.

Thank you for being a key part of the team in reaching the unreached for the Lord Jesus Christ through prayer!

Gift Aid

To qualify for Gift Aid, you must be a UK taxpayer and pay more Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the tax year in which Gift Aid donations are made. If you have not been charged sufficient tax to cover to the Income Tax deducted from your Gift Aid donations, then you are responsible to pay any difference. Please note:

NTM cannot make a claim on a gift where the tax has already been claimed by another charity (eg. CAF or Stewardship).
Donations towards the living expenses of NTM missionaries who are close relatives are not eligible for Gift Aid. Therefore Gift Aided donations to close relatives must be designated for ministry expenses. Close relatives include the following family and their spouses/civil partners: grandparents, parents, children, siblings, and grandchildren.
For donations from couples, it is most practical for our processes if only one person who pays tax completes the form; gifts from that individual will then be treated as Gift Aided.
We do not claim Gift Aid on donations for student fees.
It is the donor’s responsibility to advise NTM if they no longer qualify for Gift Aid.
