REACH – general information


The cost for REACH is £40, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. For day visitors, eating lunch and tea at REACH, the cost is £20.


We provide basic shared accommodation.
Bedding: Please bring your own towel, pillow, bedding and sheets, or a sleeping bag. Let us know in the registration form if you are flying and are unable to provide your own bedding.


Make sure that you register at the North Cotes College (NCC) Reception as soon as you arrive. This will be well signposted as you enter the campus. Check-in time is Friday 27th March, from 2:00 to 7:45pm. After 7:45pm please follow directions to the gymnasium, where the meetings are held, for Check-in.


If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must have written parental permission and be accompanied by a responsible adult. This letter of permission can be given in at registration or emailed ahead to


All meals during REACH are provided. The first meal is served on Friday 27th March between 5:30 – 7:00pm. The conference closes with the final meal at 1:00pm on Sunday 29th March.


Meetings commence on Friday 29th March at 7:45pm.


Public Transport:
If you are travelling by train or bus please purchase a ticket to Cleethorpes. Arrangements will be made to collect and return you to Cleethorpes for £5. Please fill in the details on the “Transportation Information” form, which will be sent to you after you register. Please send your travel details as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements. If your travel times change let us know immediately.
