Esmé is thankful for consistent faithful prayers as she engages in conversations with both leadership and potential teammates regarding her future service in West Africa. She has agreed to continue with the bookkeeping until June. The events of this year continue to disrupt peoples’ travel plans so she is glad that it has been possible to make herself useful for the time being.
Please continue to pray for wisdom with the bookkeeping and for continued good relationships. Give thanks for the opportunities she has to serve the teams in the villages and for the blessing that it is, to help, pray and encourage in small ways. Pray too for wisdom and clear direction for the future – wherever the Lord would have her be. For teammates and for wisdom in selecting a people group to serve. Also for a new place to live and for wisdom in that.
Esmé is thankful for getting the Bible translation books printed and ready to go and for the opportunity to do some literacy printing too! Also for kind friends, who regularly check to see how she is doing.
Postal Bible Club resources are a blessing, even in French – pray these may be a blessing and a help to children in West Africa. Pray for wisdom as to how Esmé should go about sharing them.
Please continue to pray for Esmé’s walk with the Lord and for Him to be truly first in her life, for spiritual well-being, for protection of her quiet time and that, she would remain close to Him. (John 3:30).
