Transition month

With these extreme changes come strong winds which blow around all the dust and germs. Suffice to say it is a perfect mix for sickness, colds and flu. Both the school, and Baxter family, have been hit hard with bugs that have been going around. The situation got so bad at one point that they had to cancel classes for a day because too many teachers and students were sick! Praise the Lord that most people are on the mend. Please keep David and Abby in your prayers as they are still in the process of getting over their colds and flu.
Christine is very thankful to have passed the Spanish exam she took in November last year.
Pray for their Mexican friends, Isaac and Claudia, who went as missionaries to Papua New Guinea last month. Praise the Lord they made the trip over without any problems. Their updates are interesting as they adjust to so many new and different things! They would appreciate your continued prayers as they adapt to life in PNG.
David and Christine are blessed to be a part of the work in Mexico and so thankful for your prayers and support that help to keep them there! They find it an incredible privilege being messengers of the hope of the Gospel to those around them.
March will be a busy month for the tribal missionaries and translation consultants. Two consultants are visiting from the USA to check a number of passages of Scripture in different tribal languages. Please be praying for this process as it is a critical part of the translation process. “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” (Romans 10:17)
David and Christine value your continued prayers for their ministries at the school. There is still a lot to get done before the school year ends. There is also a lot of planning and scheduling for next year, so they would appreciate your prayers for that process as well. Pray for David as he continues to teach and do maintenance.
