Having struggled with back pain ever since he fell on the ice in Dec 2022, Kevin Still who serves in the business office with NTM in North Cotes, was recently told he needed a hip replacement. He is on the waiting list and although it will not necessarily solve all his pain issues if he can gain more mobility, and have some relief from the hip pain, then that would be a huge help. Pray that he will receive a date for the operation soon.
Things continue to be very busy in the NTM office, In August, Allister who had served in the office for three years needed to return home, and then the helper on three afternoons a week, was no longer available. Also, due to changes in the nursery situation another lady who worked a few mornings a week on administration for Health & Safety was no longer able to help. Pray for more people to join the team.
Kevin has learned over many years in administration that it is necessary to just plod on and eventually the necessary progress is reached!
And just in case he hadn’t had enough of office work, Kevin recently took on the role of treasurer at his local church! He is glad that he can put his experience to good use and serve the Lord in another role. He is still learning all that is involved and is coming to grips with the new processes.
One of Kevin’s biggest highlights from 2025, was the birth of his lovely granddaughter, and he readily tells folks, “I am thrilled to be a Grandad!”
