Next week Norman again leaves for Asia and will be there until March. It looks like he’ll be doing a fair bit of travelling in Thailand but probably not visiting any of the neighbouring countries on this trip. Bobby will hold the fort in Northern Ireland and continue with the projects she has been working on for the field. Norman and Bobby are thankful that they are both able to be involved in the work in Southeast Asia although it requires a lot of travel and sometimes working from a distance.
It is reassuring for Norman and Bobby to know from these verses in Psalm 139 verses 7-10 “Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.” that whether they are at home or in a far off place God is always present with them; whether they are close to family and friends or alone, God holds them securely and is their guide.
