Thank you for your prayers for John Moore as he took his first language and culture evaluation. It went well overall; he has reached the “progressive low” stage, which is the fourth of nine stages that he needs to reach before being able to move on.
John recently had a a week’s break and enjoyed some time with one of his Brazilian friends, Carson, and his family in a town that has hot springs.
He would appreciate prayer for the coming six months as he presses on in language and culture learning and gets to know his new American colleagues, who will be beginning language and culture learning in the coming weeks.
Please pray for unity as they learn language together, and that as iron sharpens iron, they would graciously shape each other to be more like Christ.
