“Motivated by the love of Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, NTM exists to assist the ministry of the local church through the mobilising, equipping and coordinating of believers to evangelise unreached people groups, translate the Scriptures, and see indigenous churches established that glorify God.”

It brings Ben and Wina joy to be able to serve God and to use their gifts and abilities for Him.

During April and May, they were in the Faroe Islands for three weeks. They shared with several assemblies about NTM, and their ministry. They also shared about what God has been doing in their lives and what He has been teaching them.

Ben and Wina were encouraged to see how many people knew NTM and are supportive of missions.
They are very thankful for open conversations, nice visits, time with Benjamin’s relatives, and lots of yummy food! It was a very special time! From time to time, they were even able to take a few hours of ‘family vacation’, act as tourists, and explore the islands.

This week Benjamin will help lead the ‘Pre Field Orientation’ PFO, together with some co-workers at North Cotes, England. Several young people (mostly from Germany and Britain) will be attending in preparation for their year of service overseas. Please pray that this would be a profitable time of preparation and pray for good conversations. Some of the German young people will be going to remote tribal locations where they will help German families with home schooling their children. In this way, the parents will be better able to concentrate on language learning or translating and teaching the Bible. Others will be assisting with childcare or kitchen ministry at NTM mission schools or working in IT or carpentry on different fields, etc.

Ben and Wina say, “It is very special to see how God calls people into His service and to have the privilege of playing a little part in supporting the work among unreached peoples around the world. It is a privilege to be able to work toward that end as a whole family. Please pray for continued joy and dependence on God in everything we do.”
