God is faithful

God didn’t push Karin to step out of her comfort zone without letting her taste and see His gift – the body of Christ – and what God meant when He said “Give us this day our daily bread” and not “Give me this day my daily bread” (Matthew 11:16). She believes this difference gives us all a chance to become what we are put on this earth to do: work together, share the Word with those who don’t know God, serve those who can’t help themselves and reach out to others who have no hope. God is good! Through this togetherness Karin feels encouraged, refreshed and ready for packing, sorting and saying good-bye.
Pray for Karin’s visa situation; it’s not yet granted and she has her flight booked for mid-March.
Karin is thankful for good health and for the opportunities she has had to share in churches, house groups and with friends about God’s ‘Great Commission’ in reaching the unreached. Pray that she would use her remaining days wisely to see family and friends one last time and for all the good-byes.
On March 1st, Karin will have her Commissioning Service at her home church in Germany. Heiko Hagemann (NTM Germany) will be the guest preacher. In the afternoon there will be a little programme and of course cake and coffee.
Pray that the Lord will continue to prepare Karin’s heart for the changes and challenges that will come in the ministry ahead in Asia-Pacific.
