Praise the Lord that this month a people group in Paraguay has God’s Word in their own language, Guaraní Ñandeva.

It was a joy for Mark and Janet Case to attend the dedication of the recently translated New Testament and see the people receiving God’s Word in their heart language. Pray that these people will truly understand the message of salvation and accept God’s free gift of eternal life!

Praises and Prayer Requests

Pray for ongoing translation projects in Paraguay. Of the 19 different indigenous groups, 15 groups now have at least the New Testament in their heart language! Currently the mission is involved in four translation projects. Pray for clear and accurate translations of God’s Word. Pray for tribal folks to improve in their ability to read and study God’s Word.
Pray for Mark as he will be traveling to Bolivia soon to meet with the regional leadership teams of Brazil and Bolivia to discuss how they can better serve together in this part of South America in the training and mobilising of new missionaries and in the planting and development of tribal churches.
This month there will be team meetings in Paraguay with four of the church planting teams. Pray for wisdom and guidance as the mission seeks to see thriving churches among each of these people groups.
Pray for Janet, as she will be very busy with overseeing the guesthouse and in hospitality these coming weeks.

Gift Aid Declaration

Gift Aid

To qualify for Gift Aid, you must be a UK taxpayer and pay more Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the tax year in which Gift Aid donations are made. If you have not been charged sufficient tax to cover to the Income Tax deducted from your Gift Aid donations, then you are responsible to pay any difference. Please note:

NTM cannot make a claim on a gift where the tax has already been claimed by another charity (eg. CAF or Stewardship).
Donations towards the living expenses of NTM missionaries who are close relatives are not eligible for Gift Aid. Therefore Gift Aided donations to close relatives must be designated for ministry expenses. Close relatives include the following family and their spouses/civil partners: grandparents, parents, children, siblings, and grandchildren.
For donations from couples, it is most practical for our processes if only one person who pays tax completes the form; gifts from that individual will then be treated as Gift Aided.
We do not claim Gift Aid on donations for student fees.
It is the donor’s responsibility to advise NTM if they no longer qualify for Gift Aid.
