Ragnar and Elizabeth Niclasen are thankful to be back in the Philippines once again.
They were encouraged by the knowledge that so many people were praying for them as they made their way around the globe. It all went smoothly, with wheelchair assistance at all four airports.
Thank you for continuing to pray for Elizabeth’s leg issue. The first accident happened a year ago. It has basically turned their lives around, yet they know for some reason the Lord has allowed it. Although that was the first fall of twelve, the following ones did not cause as much harm as the first one. Praise the Lord for the huge improvement!
They waited in Manila for official paperwork to be completed. Using the time to get lots done, spend time with co-workers, attend the church that they attended while living there, taking care of a lot of paperwork, and shopping for groceries for the next few weeks etc. They also met the new missionaries that arrive while they were away, as well as helping with a few projects and getting settled into life in Asia once more.
After two weeks had passed, they were still waiting, so they made the decision to move to Baguio, get settled in their house once more and get started again on the chronological Bible lessons. They were very happy to find a nice clean house at the end of their five-hour trip. Their landlady had made sure the house was spick and span which made it much quicker and easier to get things back into place.
They will need to make a quick trip back to Manila once things are ready to complete the paperwork process.
Thank you for your prayerful support.
