David and Christine Baxter praise the Lord for a great start to the mission school year in Mexico! It has been busy, but good. David is enjoying teaching his junior high Bible class. Christine is very thankful for the arrival of a couple who have taken over as school secretary and one of Christine’s science classes. She is thankful to have a few things off her plate!
Their daughter Abby got engaged to Aaron at the end of August! Please keep them in your prayers as they look to the Lord for their new life together.
Christine, the junior and senior high students, other staff and guest speakers from the mission’s Bible institute in Mexico, recently headed to the mountains for their annual ‘Spiritual Enrichment Week’/camp.
Please pray for:
- A great time with spiritual encouragement for all of them
- For safety in all they do and on the 6+ hour trip to the back from camp
- For the spiritual emphasis activities with the elementary students at the school
- David and the maintenance team as they keep working hard on projects
