Firstly, thank you for continuing to support the work of New Tribes Mission. Your partnership and prayers enable our missionaries in the ministry of evangelism, Scripture translation, and more; to see indigenous New Testament churches established that glorify Christ among unreached people groups across the world.
Our new logo reflects that vision with the brush stroke circle that dwindles and is not completely joined reminding us that the task of reaching the unreached remains unfinished.
As well as the logo refresh, we are also changing our charitable status. We are moving from an Unincorporated Charitable Trust to a Foundation Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). With this, there will be a change of charity number from 278627 to 1209407.
The CIO was created by the UK Government in response to requests from charities for a new legal structure that would better meet their needs.
Currently, the trustees are in the process of arranging for the assets and liabilities of the unincorporated charity to be transferred to the new CIO. This should be completed by the end of 2025.
