All meals during MAKE A DIFFERENCE are provided. The first meal is served on Friday 19th June from 5:30 – 6:45pm. The conference closes with the final meal at 1:00pm on Sunday 21st June.
Meetings commence on Friday 19th June at 7:30pm.
Make sure that you register at the North Cotes College (NCC) Reception as soon as you arrive. This will be well signposted as you enter the campus. Check-in time is Friday 19th June, from 3:00 pm to 7:30pm. After 7:30pm please go directly to the gymnasium, where the meetings are held, for Check-in.
Please fill in and return the relevant consent form via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for each child attending conference. These forms will be reviewed with you at check-in. Consent forms are available here.

Noah’s Ark Nursery (ages 0-4)
The nursery will be open for children ages 0-4 from 9:45am to 12:30 Saturday and Sunday mornings. Children should be taken to the Nursery building at 9.45am. Please put sun cream on your children BEFORE bringing them to the nursery and bring with them a little bag with nappies and wipes, a Sippy bottle, a sunhat and a light jacket. (All items should be labelled).The children must then be collected at 12:30.
KIDS CLUB (5-11 Primary school age)
During Saturday and Sunday morning meetings there will be a Kids club for all school age children between the ages of 5 and 11. We trust this will be a special time for all the children that attend and that they will enjoy the programme of games, crafts and Bible teaching. Children should meet outside the assigned building at 9.45am. The children must then be collected at 12:45 Prompt!
YOUTH MEETING (11-18 secondary school age)
Youth meetings are held on Friday and Saturday nights from 21:00 – 23.00. These take place in ‘The Akwaaba Village’ and are a time of games, singing, and a challenging message. Those attending should gather outside the Paul Fleming building during the evening coffee break from where the leaders will escort them to the Akwaaba village.
If you are travelling by train or bus please purchase tickets to Cleethorpes train station. Arrangements will be made to collect you at a charge per person. We need to have your travel details as soon as possible so that a pick-up schedule can be arranged. If possible please supply this information during registration. If your travel times change, be sure to let us know immediately.

There is no charge for the conference; however there is opportunity to give to help towards the costs by cheque, card or cash before, during or after the conference. There will be offering boxes and the possibility to donate by card at the book stall during the event.
